Leadership expert Linda Duffy has parlayed 20 years of senior human resources management experience into a thriving business of coaching, consulting and public speaking. Known as “The People Problem Solver ®,” Linda helps corporate clients control turnover expense, manage tricky layoffs and corporate transitions, develop potential in new leaders, and increase organizational efficiency through teambuilding and coaching. Her clients include high-tech and manufacturing firms to non-profits and sole practitioners. Linda also coaches individuals who are in job transition, providing them with unique insights developed over many years of recruiting.
In addition to her work in the business world, Linda has served on the Board of Directors for two different non-profit organizations, and also serves as a volunteer Success Coach for a local non-profit. She also volunteers as a Senior Leader for Robbins Research International, where she developed her advanced coaching skills.
Linda earned a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from Occidental College, and is a certified Senior Professional Human Resources practitioner. She is currently pursuing a joint Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Management and Leadership.
