Studies have shown that there is a direct link between a creative and innovative workplace and competitiveness, especially during periods of change. Those organizations that encourage and create the type of workplace where creativity and innovation flourish are always the companies that finish on top, especially during periods of change.
So what is creativity? What is innovation? The terms are used interchangeably but are they the same? How do I become more creative and innovative in my work?

After receiving her undergraduate degree in Sociology/Psychology from Wittenberg University, she completed graduate coursework in Organizational Development at California State University at Los Angeles.
