Advanced Document Review Techniques with Contract Attorney Teams

Presented By: Troy Dunham

The number of documents collected and reviewed in civil matters has increased dramatically over the course of the last decade while the methods of reviewing the increasing volume has changed little. Rising document volumes hinder plaintiffs and defendants alike in their ability to narrow the focus of the review to those documents that really "matter", They also have created new pressure for practitioners and support staff alike; from signing FRCP 26(g) certifications to finding attorneys, staff, and vendors adept at advanced document review techniques and approaches. This webinar will:

assess the current state of document review, as well as

present an overview of technological and human resources available to implement advanced analytical approaches to document review
