Working his way up the corporate ladder from an IT Trainer to Project Manager and ultimately holding IT Manager and Director positions in both the IT outsourcing world and law firms, Richard knows the challenges managers face holding onto their key team members for a prolonged period of time. Richard currently oversees the technology department, working closely with Litigation Support, in Southern California for Reed Smith LLP. His department consists of System Administrators and Desk Side Support personnel. He also co-manages Northern California teams and actively manages national technology initiatives for all US offices.
